When we talk about happiness, it is never a guarantee but rather a fleeting feeling of contentment with the current situation or scene. The problem we usually bring to ourselves is the fact that we question it - it’s presence and it’s absence. It fears us.
Can we not take a deep breath and accept, for once, the beauty of existing and the rare presentation of the changing events that happen in our lives? The constant uncertainty is what makes everything worthwhile and significantly meaningful. For, like I have answered during a pageant, whatever imperfections that we have, may it be because of our lives - family, peers, whole being, the downfalls and triumphs, we should truly, still, be grateful. For without them, we would not be what we are now. I may be an incompetent fool with ambitions bigger than the universes combined but I am definitely blessed, laughing and peaceful.
Her face is a map of the world
Is a map of the world
You can see she’s a beautiful girl
She’s a beautiful girl
And everything around her is a silver pool of light
The people who surround her feel the benefit of it
It makes you calm
She holds you captivated in her palm
